You know those weeks that cause you to constantly be busy? The weeks you feel like you are trying to catch up? I’ve had a couple of those since the new year. I’m a firm believer in taking time for yourself and just having “me time.” Time that you just reconnect with yourself. Yoga, meditation and music help me do that. I love being outdoors and feeling the sun and breeze. That’s basically what I’m doing today. I had a couple of errands to run this morning but this is what my afternoon looked like:
